Case Study
Web design direction for one of Dubai's listed property developers — shaping a modern digital presence for a residential, commercial, and hospitality portfolio spanning the UAE.
Deyaar is one of Dubai's established listed property developers — majority-owned by Dubai Islamic Bank and traded on the Dubai Financial Market.
Founded in 2002, Deyaar has built a broad portfolio of residential towers, commercial properties, and hospitality developments across Dubai — from Business Bay and DIFC to Al Furjan and Dubai Silicon Oasis. With a focus on quality-driven, design-led delivery, the company operates across the full development lifecycle: land acquisition, master planning, construction, and facilities management. A growing international reputation and sustained demand from both end-users and investors made a compelling, modern digital presence essential to communicating the scale and ambition of the brand.
Design lead for the digital direction — responsible for translating Deyaar's brand and portfolio into a compelling, modern web experience concept.
Deyaar is one of Dubai's established listed developers with a broad residential, commercial, and hospitality portfolio — but its digital presence didn't communicate the quality and ambition of its projects. Internal stakeholders needed to see a credible, modern direction before committing to a full build.
The goal was to establish a design direction that could align stakeholders around a shared vision — setting the tone, hierarchy, and brand positioning before any development investment was made.
I led the design direction from brand audit through to high-fidelity UI concepts — exploring how Deyaar's portfolio of residential towers, commercial assets, and hospitality developments could be structured and presented across a modern, responsive web experience.
The work focused on establishing layout, visual hierarchy, and tone: giving stakeholders a concrete, compelling vision they could rally behind.
A Discover → Define → Design → Deliver process — moving from brand and sector research through to high-fidelity concepts that aligned stakeholders around a direction.
A complete digital design direction — from homepage and brand positioning through to portfolio hubs and a responsive design system.

Deliverables reflect the scope and direction at the time of engagement — the live experience may have since changed, launched in a different form, or not proceeded to production.
